- There is existing Yale type (or similar) night latch already present,
- 1 fob is included
- This is version without WiFi functionality.

2)
Extras:
- Night latch rim lock (if not already fitted)
= + £65
- Heavy duty CISA lock = + £250 (if requested by customer)
- Yale proximity fobs = +£5/each
(if requested by customer)

3)
Warranty
-
2 years

4) Notes from me:
This product by Yale looks and feels like decent quality bit of equipment,
It offers much cheaper way of providing coded access to property than
standard electronic keypad operated systems,
Also it can not be picked nor short wired to open it from outside,
However:
- As it has no key override it poses risk of you being locked out of
property should device ever fail.
- Batteries last around 6 moths up to a year so you need to remember to
replace them.
So what happens if electronic lock fails ?
- If you happen to be inside there is no problem as you have standard
mechanical lock on that side.
- If problem is with batteries than lock can be emergency powered from 9V
battery (if you happen to have one).
- If you are outside and problem is not with batteries but electronics than
you are out of luck.
The brute force is the only way to get it opened.
Conclusions:
-I would consider this lock more secure than standard night latch as it can
not be picked.
- It is great solution in properties that have alternative entrance door as
it is very unlikely that both locks fail at the same time.
